1. What TogetherMindsAI is

TogetherMindsAI is an AI-assisted reflective tool designed to support self-exploration and emotional well-being. It is not a licensed mental health service, a medical service, or a substitute for professional care of any kind.

The AI guide is not a therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, counsellor, or licensed professional. Nothing it says constitutes diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice.

2. Who can use this service

You must be 18 years of age or older to use TogetherMindsAI. By continuing past the Getting Started screen you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you are under 18 and need support, please speak with a trusted adult or contact a crisis line such as 988 (US, free, 24/7) or text 988, or text HOME to 741741. Outside the US: findahelpline.com or befrienders.org have directories for your country.

3. This is not emergency support

TogetherMindsAI is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call your local emergency services — 911 (US), 999 (UK), 000 (Australia), or 112 (EU) — or go to your nearest emergency room.

4. Your anonymity and your data

TogetherMindsAI is built around anonymity. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifying information. Sessions are identified by a randomly generated code only.

Your conversation messages are stored on our servers to enable the AI to respond in context. They are not used to train AI models, sold to third parties, or shared with anyone. Messages are stored in encrypted form.

Sessions and their messages are automatically and permanently deleted after 30 days. You may also delete your data at any time from the Progress screen.

5. No guarantee of availability or accuracy

TogetherMindsAI is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be available at any particular time
• The AI's responses will be accurate, appropriate, or complete
• The service is suitable for your specific situation

AI responses may sometimes be unhelpful, incomplete, or incorrect. Always exercise your own judgement. If something the AI says concerns you, please disregard it and seek qualified human support.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TogetherMindsAI and its operators shall not be liable for any harm — including emotional distress, personal injury, or any other damages — arising from your use of this service. Your use is entirely at your own risk.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TogetherMindsAI to:

• Impersonate another person
• Attempt to extract harmful, illegal, or manipulative content from the AI
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
